Cranberry Juice

Ingredients
1 cup cranberries
1/4-1/2 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
Mason Jar w/lid
Directions
Add cranberries to jar, then add your desired amount of sugar.
Fill jar with water leaving a 1/2 inch gap at the top. Take a butter knife and slide down the side of the jar to release any bubbles.
Place your lid on your jar firmly.
Add jars to canner and process for 20-25min. Once complete, pull from canner and place on towel to cool.
Store for four weeks on a cool, dry shelf before using as desired. *strain cranberries prior to consumption or use as garnish in favorite cocktail.
